Recently completed projects include:

• Provision of a Project manager to a multinational pharmaceutical manufacturer, managing a number of projects, including:

• Investigation of renewable energy supply for the site

• Large scale land remediation project

• A range of plant improvement projects including a major plant installation project

• Potential changes to site energy supply arrangements.

• Provision of a Project Manager to a major petroleum retailer to manage an ongoing programme of Filling Station demolition and remediation at numerous sites across the UK and Ireland.

Current Projects include:

• Project management of a proposed Eco-centre, using straw bale construction and a range of micro-generation technologies, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in North Yorkshire. We have carried out the design of the project, which is shortly to be submitted for planning approval and are to commence detailed design and cost estimating shortly.

• Wind Power feasibility study for on site power generation at a Distribution centre for an international logistics company
